Amanda Gulbrandson is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa, before earning her advanced practice registered nursing degree — specializing in psychiatric and mental health — from Mount Marty University in Yankton, South Dakota.  

Gulbrandson is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiovascular and pediatric life support.
