Dr. Casey Reihe earned his medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine in Vermillion, South Dakota, and he completed his psychiatry residency at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

With a patient-centered approach, Reihe is interested in creating system-level changes in the community through which he can help improve mental health outcomes. One of his long-term goals is critically evaluating the system in which mental health treatments are implemented. He wants to know what’s going on in school systems, public services and other institutions, because these systems can have a huge impact on mental health outcomes. Reihe hopes to be an advocate for all aspects of mental health that can positively shape entire populations.
